Nathan Strager

Nathan did an outstanding job selling our home in a very challenging market. Before choosing a Realtor, we interviewed five agents; Nathan was the only one who honestly explained what our home was worth and what we could do to make it more appealing to buyers. His practical advice, honesty, and expertise are what set him apart. Throughout the entire process, Nathan was professional, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Nathan, for making the entire experience smooth and successful!

Nate is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, we felt a sense of protection and strong professionalism from him. He came in after our first realtor tried to sell our home and was able to get our luxury home sold on our first showing! We got an offer within 8 days and sold in less than 30 days! Nate goes above and beyond in everything that he does. From the team he brings over to get amazing shots, to the reels and videos he curates, to the endless hours of work he puts in, he stands in stark contrast to other realtors. He works so hard and was so quick to respond to all of our questions, and I’m telling you, within minutes or less in most cases!...

Nate sold my home in North Las Vegas last year. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Always available to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend him for all your real estate needs. Exceptional! Thank you, Nate!

Absolutely loved working with Nathan. He is helpful and always available to answer questions. They made selling our house during a crazy time easy. I would highly recommend his services for your real estate needs.

I got the chance to work with this gentleman. A true businessman. Thank you.

Nate was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with my real estate endeavors! Highly recommend!

Very cool guy and extremely knowledgeable about the stuff he’s doing. Our home-buying process went through smoothly with his help. Highly recommended when you’re looking to buy or sell a property!

Amazing, always was on top of everything! Would work with him again!

Great experience, Nathan will get the job done right.

Nathan helped me buy a high-end condo in Las Vegas. He did a fantastic job negotiating the price and getting the offer accepted! He is always on top of the transaction. Nathan kept me updated on every detail and aspect of my transaction. He made it feel flawless and easy. I'm very happy with my purchase and his professional skills. I will definitely use him again for my next purchase in Las Vegas. I will refer him to everyone! Thank you so much, Nathan!

It was a pleasure working with Nathan. He made selling our home easy. I look forward to working with him again in future endeavors!

Nathan is superb. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. He exceeded our expectations. We closed in less than 30 days. Very professional; we can call him any time of day, and he responds to our questions very quickly. Got more for what we are asking for. Our property is 6765 Bristle Falls St, Las Vegas, NV. If you’re looking for the best realtor, it’s Nathan.

Nathan is amazing; his attention to detail and punctuality are what really set him apart from other realtors. We were looking for a rental property to buy, and within hours he had a list of 20 options in different parts of town and helped us narrow down to 5 to go look at. He helped us close on two properties and assisted in getting them ready for rental with contractor recommendations and landscapers. This isn't part-time for Nathan; when shopping for realtors, it was very obvious who was full-time and who was available after 4 pm. If I could give him extra stars, I would!

Mr. Nathan Strager is a top-notch performer. Provided superbe and dependable service 24/7. That is how my husband and I felt since we were nine hours ahead, overseas in Europe, while he took care of every detail so that we could purchase our Las Vegas home. The time difference did not hamper his ability to answer any questions that were presented. His knowledge base of who, what, where, and when streamlined this purchase. Always straightforward with us and acquired the best fair purchasing and selling price for both the seller and us. Nathan, thank you.

Thanks for being so patient with us in this crazy market, Nate!

Nathan was incredible in helping us through a very complicated transaction, making sure our deadlines were met. His marketing strategies were perfect for our house and distinct market. Most importantly, his communications were constant. Highly recommend his services.

Nathan was an amazing realtor, and I highly recommend him. He came in, analyzed the home, estimated the value, and went above and beyond my expectations. He was clear and consistent with his efforts and got the house sold quickly. He was truly a value to my process, and I look forward to using him again.

Nate has been a tremendous guide in our journey with both the sale and purchase of our homes. Not once was I pressured or misdirected; if anything, this experience has been the complete opposite of that. Nate has made sure to provide consistent, clear communication and has made sure to tackle any task with urgency. He has helped us sell our home above asking price and purchase a home with equity; what more can you ask for! If you have questions, he’s got you! If you have concerns, he’s got you! If you have certain goals, he’s got you! You are his priority, and he’ll be truthful while working with you on what matters to you most. He even negotiated w...

After many years in my home, I decided to put it up for sale due to a life-changing event. Nate was highly recommended by a family member, so I gave him a call. I explained the situation to him and the need to sell my home in a timely manner. He came over immediately and surveyed the property. He gave me different options with potential outcomes based on what work I needed to complete to put my home up for sale. His attention to detail is what caught my eye, and his recommendations were spot on. We worked together to ensure the property was prepped and ready to go. As offers started coming in, he really took the time to explain the types of offers a...

He handled everything. Got the repairmen. Identified the most affordable way to get things fixed. And got the place sold almost immediately. I can't think of anything that would have made the experience better.
